David came highly recommended from my aunty and my sister and having just completed our remortgage, I can see why. David was extremely friendly and approachable throughout. He explained everything clearly and guided and supported us through each stage. We changed our mind a fair few times about what we wanted as this was a remortgage on a properly we were in two minds about selling at some point in the near future, so the product we needed kept changing. But David was incredibly patient with us and never made us feel like it was too much trouble. Both David and Katie were really helpful and responsive and replied to all of our emails quickly.
